Techincare was founded by three lifelong friends with over 30 years of shared history and a single, unifying mission: to transform caregiving for families of individuals with special needs.
Our journey is deeply personal. For 20 years, one of our founders has walked the path of raising a son with Global Developmental Delay (GDD). Through every milestone and challenge, we experienced firsthand the physical, emotional, and practical hurdles of caregiving—particularly during transitions between domestic helpers.
As he grew into adulthood, we confronted a reality many families face: caring for an adult-sized individual with special needs is fundamentally different and far more demanding. Meltdowns and behavioral challenges become significantly harder to manage without a deep understanding of unique triggers and effective response strategies.
For working parents who rely on domestic helpers to care for their loved ones during the day, the lack of specialized helper training often leads to caregiver burnout, high turnover, and inconsistent care—especially as children transition into adulthood past age 18.
Driven by our personal journey and a passion for technology, we created Techincare to solve this exact gap.
We are developing a first-of-its-kind digital companion and training ecosystem designed to empower domestic caregivers with specialized skills, actionable guidance, and structured support directly in the home. By combining decades of lived experience with smart technology, we are equipping caregivers with the knowledge and confidence required to handle complex care routines safely and empathetically.
We are building a world where domestic caregivers are equipped as true partners in care, giving working parents total peace of mind knowing their loved ones are safe, understood, and supported.
